Refunds for Spawn Pro.

These rules apply to monthly and annual Spawn Pro subscriptions billed by Wraxle LLC.

Who can request a refund

You can ask for a full refund of your most recent Pro charge if all of the following are true:

• You requested the refund within 7 days of the charge.
• Your account has published fewer than 2 sites since the charge cleared. "Published" means a successful POST /publish or full PUT /v1/pages/<slug> that returned a 2xx status code.
• You have not previously been refunded on this account.

If you publish two or more sites after the charge, we treat the service as used and the charge is final.

What happens when a refund is approved

Once a refund is approved:

• The original charge is reversed to the same payment method, usually within 5 business days.
• Every site on the account is deleted. Slugs are retired permanently and cannot be re-issued.
• Bound emails, version history, custom domains, and API tokens are wiped.
• Backups and edge caches are purged within 24 hours.

Export anything you want to keep before you request the refund. The dashboard has a "Download as zip" action for each page.

Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your card issuer before contacting us:

• The dispute triggers the same deletion as an approved refund: every site, every token, every record removed within 24 hours.
• The account is barred from creating new Pro subscriptions.
• If the chargeback is later reversed in our favour, we keep the funds and the deletion still stands. Slugs are not restored.

Email hello@spawn.page first. We would rather fix the billing issue than delete your account during a card dispute.

What we do not refund

• Charges older than 7 days, regardless of usage.
• Renewals after the first charge. Cancel before the next renewal date and you will not be billed again, but the most recent renewal is final.
• Bandwidth overages, custom-domain certificates already provisioned, or partial-month usage.
• Free-tier features. The free tier is free.

Cancellation without refund

You can cancel Pro at any time from the dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals. Your pages stay on Pro until the end of the current billing cycle, then return to Free terms, including the 90-day idle timer.

Email hello@spawn.page with the email on the account and the date of the charge. We answer within one business day.

Account deletion

If you want everything gone without a refund request, use "Delete account" in Settings. We delete every site and every record immediately. No 7-day wait, no review.
